On Tuesday I went to the seaside with my humans and as you will see from the pictures I had a lot of new experiences. The weather was lovely and warm, perfect for a day at the seaside.
My first adventure was a ride on a tram, this went up a steep hill with beautiful views for humans and wonderful smells for me to enjoy.
When I got to the top of the hill I had a short walk and visited an ancient mine. This was really exciting terrier stuff because terriers love digging and exploring holes although I might have got lost in this one without my humans.
Just checking out the entrance before I head down the mine.
From the mine it was back up to the top of the hill and my humans showed me the mountains that I will be climbing when I'm older, these are some of the highest mountains in Parc Genedlaethol Eryri, the Snowdonia National Park. They looked impressive in the sunshine.
And then, after lunch, on my next adventure of the day, a cable car! This was turning out to be the most adventurous day yet for a small terrier. It looked very strange but as you'll know by now I'll try anything.
Wow, it was worth it! I was able to see the sea and peer at the pier from a great height. It wasn't at all scary and I saw people in the other cable cars looking at me and waving.
Finally back in the town I was able to have a stroll on the pier and a close look at the sea before heading home for a sleep. It was a great day, I met lots of people who made a fuss of me and my humans said I was really good.
Woofs and wags, Dexter.
